TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
• Full payment must be cleared before the travel date.
• Flight, hotel, and visa charges are subject to change at the time of booking.

2. Travel Documents

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy or government authority. The Happy Vacation is not responsible for visa rejection.

3. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, flight delays, technical issues, or government regulations.
• Any additional expenses arising from such changes must be borne by the customer.

4. Hotels & Services

• Hotel booking is subject to availability.
• If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

5. Liability

The Happy Vacation will not be responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Lost or damaged baggage
• Natural disasters
• Medical emergencies
• Government travel restrictions

6. Conduct During Travel

• If a customer is found engaging in illegal activities or misbehaviour, services may be terminated immediately without any refund.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

• All legal matters will be subject to Indore jurisdiction only.

8. Right to Modify Terms

• The Happy Vacation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Payment Dispute Clause

• In case of any payment dispute, The Happy Vacation’s decision will be final after verification.
